Royal Bramble LLC is committed to making royalbramble.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the recognized standard for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML structure with correct heading order and landmarks
- Alt text on product photography and meaningful images
- Full keyboard navigation, including checkout, with visible focus states
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA ratios for text and interface elements
- Form fields with associated labels and clear, specific error messages
- Text that reflows and remains readable at 200% zoom and on small screens
- Video captions and transcripts where video is used
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the Site periodically, test new pages and features before release, and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party content, embedded widgets, and older assets may not yet fully conform. We are working through those.
If you find something that does not work for you, we want to know. Your report is the fastest way we find real problems.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to give you a resolution or a timeline within 10 business days.
Alternative Ways to Shop
If any part of the Site blocks you from completing a purchase, email support@royalbramble.com and we will take your order, answer product and ingredient questions, and arrange payment and shipping directly. There is no extra cost for this.
Assessment
This statement reflects our own evaluation of the Site against WCAG 2.1 AA using a combination of automated testing and manual keyboard and screen reader review.
