Counterfeit Product Policy

Counterfeit skincare is not a pricing problem. It is a safety problem: you cannot know what is in the jar, where it was made, or whether it was made anywhere clean. This page explains how to be certain what you are buying is ours, and what to do if you think it is not.
Where to Buy Genuine Bramble
The only place we sell directly is royalbramble.com. We do not operate storefronts on third-party marketplaces, and we do not sell through resellers who buy stock to list elsewhere.
If a listing claims to be an authorized Bramble stockist and you want to check, email support@royalbramble.com and ask. We will tell you plainly.
Anything sold outside those channels is outside our control. We cannot confirm how it was stored, whether it is within date, or whether it is our product at all.
Why This Matters
Our products go on your face. Counterfeit cosmetics have been found to contain undeclared preservatives, heavy metals, and bacterial contamination, and they are made without the batch records that let a genuine product be traced and recalled.
A convincing outer box tells you nothing about what is inside it.
Signs Something May Not Be Ours
- A price far below ours, particularly in bulk or multipacks
- A seller who cannot say where the stock came from
- Missing or altered batch codes and expiry dates
- Text, spelling, or ingredient lists that differ from the packaging shown on our product pages
- Texture, colour, or scent unlike a previous jar of the same product
- Packaging that arrives unsealed
None of these is proof on its own. Several together are worth pausing over.
If You Think You Bought a Counterfeit
- Stop using it. Do not finish the jar to see what happens.
- Keep the product, the packaging, and the batch code if there is one.
- Email support@royalbramble.com with photographs, where you bought it, and what you paid.
- If you have had a reaction, speak to a doctor or pharmacist first. Your health comes before the paperwork.
We will help you identify whether the product is ours, and we will use what you send us to pursue the seller. We will not ask you to keep it quiet.
Refunds on Counterfeits
We can only refund what we sold. If you bought a counterfeit from someone else, your money is with them, and your route back is that seller, your payment provider, or the marketplace. Our Refund Policy covers orders placed with us.
Tell us anyway. Reports are how we find sellers, and we would rather know than not.
Reporting a Counterfeit Listing
If you come across a listing you believe is selling fake Bramble, send the link to support@royalbramble.com. Include a screenshot where you can, because listings are often removed or edited once the seller notices attention.
You do not need to have bought anything to report it, and you do not need to be certain.
Our Rights
The Bramble name, our packaging, our photography, and our written content belong to Royal Bramble LLC. Selling counterfeit goods bearing our marks infringes those rights under the Lanham Act and applicable state law.
We pursue counterfeit sellers through marketplace takedown programs, our payment processors, and where warranted through counsel. Nothing on this page limits any remedy available to us.
