Royal Bramble LLC ("Bramble," "we," "us," or "our") operates royalbramble.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We process your data to perform our contract with you (orders), to meet legal obligations (tax and recordkeeping), with your consent (marketing), and for our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product improvement).
We keep order and transaction records for at least seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. California residents have them under the CCPA/CPRA. Similar rights exist under Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other state privacy laws, and under the GDPR and UK GDPR if you are in the EEA or UK.
To exercise a right, email support@royalbramble.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity using your order email or account, respond within 45 days, and may extend once by another 45 days where the law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If the appeal is denied, Texas residents may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in every message. If you opt into SMS, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Transactional messages about orders you have already placed are not marketing and will continue.
We operate in the United States. If you order from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.
We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable third-party processors. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by law.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@royalbramble.com and we will delete it.
The Site may link to other websites, including social platforms and press coverage. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site, and by email where required.
